We like really good stuff.
Currently we are only booking artists on Sunday and Mondays evenings and these are always ticketed events, which means we are having to be very particular as to what we are scheduling.
Artist bookings are dealt with by email only.
There are of course the odd exception to the rule but we suggest if you are covers, tributes, blues, rock, metal, or also if you are already booked to play in Stroud or the surrounds you are unlikely to get booked.
If you still feel you would like to play, please fill in the form, or send an email to info@theprincealbertstroud.co.uk with details about your music, plus links to your website, and links to listen to your music. It’s also helpful if you tell us a bit of your gigging history and if you have any YouTube clips or similar, please include these as it helps give us an idea of your live sound. Similarly, we no longer accept physical demos, so please don’t send anything by post or drop it in.
If you’ve sent an email and we have a slot for you, we will contact you. However, this could take a while, as we receive many emails from both musicians and agents/promoters requesting to play. Please do not phone to ask whether we have received your email – all bookings are dealt with by email only. If you haven’t heard back from us and are worried we may not have received your email, you may wish to re-send it. If there is a date that you are particularly after then do please mention this in a covering email.

We do try and respond to all applications - but we are now having to say that due to the sheer volume of emails we receive, it is unfortunately not always possible for us to respond personally to everyone who contacts us. Apologies.
Thank you for your understanding. We are a very small set up. Lotte deals with all the bookings, and she is thorough as possible.
As we have such a few slots we rarely re-book within eighteen months.
