The Indian Guy

The Indian Guy : “I’m not talking about your usual curries, onion bhaji’s, naans and rice here. I’m talking about street food, tapas style. I aim to make my mum’s food known to people outside of my family.” Delicious and authentic , huge thumbs up from the Albert team, more information here.

Rubols Fusion Kitchen

Ruby’s interest in Mexican food, and Holly’s interest in Middle Eastern food resulted them in realising that the spices and flavours used in these two very different cuisines were actually very similar. The way certain dishes were served, the flavour combinations, and their love of spice then gave them the idea to fuse the two together to create mouth-wateringly delicious fusion feasts.

If you fancy running a night up here please send us an email or enquire over the bar.
**Dogs are welcome, if there is a table near you eating please be aware and try to refrain from begging!
