We’re Hetty & Lucie and here at Boxfresh Streetfood we’re dedicated to bringing big bold flavours to the masses from our super swanky food trailer. We’ve become well known for our flavour packed foods that tickle the taste buds and our fun and positive attitude translates to everything we create. We take inspiration from EVERYWHERE so we’re constantly learning, evolving and improving.

We’re always conscious of where our food comes from and how we can package our dishes in the most environmentally effective way possible. Street food is such a massive industry now that it’s important we all play our part in protecting our environment where we can. It is vitally important where we source our food from too and so it has led us to working with some of the best local producers in Gloucestershire. Not only do we then know where our food is from, but we also know the taste is out of this world!

Below are a few examples of the past and present dishes on our menu ;
  • Cajun spiced Gloucester Old Spot Pulled Pork, Apple and Fennel Slaw, Pineapple Relish, Leaves and Mexican Onions
  • Buttermilk fried Free Range Chicken, Parmesan and Herb Mayo, Bourbon Bacon Jam, Beef Tomato, Leaves 
  • Fried Sticky Sesame Cauliflower Wings, Coconut, peanut and Lime dipping sauce, Srihacha drizzle, seasoned fries and Asian Slaw (vegan)
  • Portobello Mushroom and Halloumi Burger, Avocado, Truffle Mayo, Leaves (vegetarian)
  • Loaded Chilli Nachos, Guacamole, Lime Sour Cream, Sweet and Spicy Chillis, Coriander, Chipotle Mayo, Mexican Onions
  • Moroccan 8hr slow roasted Lamb flatbread, Falafel, whipped feta, Yoghurt Dressing, Pickled red onions, sumac      
The beauty of what we do is being able to cater for all tastes. We specialise in the finest slow cooked meats, but we can offer delicious alternatives such as the vegan cauliflower dish or the vegetarian Mushroom and Haloumi Burger, for example.
We pride ourselves on making almost everything we serve homemade. The baps and flatbreads are homemade, as well as the amazing mayos and sauces. The extensive research and development of these is evident in the end product-they’re super scrummy.
