Bowl With A Soul from 2pm
Working with local potter and mixed media artist Nat Case, the Bowl With A Soul project hits the Albert with a big slab of hopefullness. Inspired by the Empty Bowl International project the aim of the day is to get as many pots and bowls donated by potters, ceramasists and artists which will then we sold on the day filled with food. You will keep the bowl and know you have contributed to a worthy cause. We are supporting The Long Table and the Trussel Trust in this venture and hope you can help too.
Guests can pay the minimum price for the bowl or more . We have set the price at £15 for this event and you keep the bowl as a reminder of the issues we face today with many people struggling in poverty and relying upon food banks.
100% of money raised will go towards Stroud food bank and The Longtable, so we as artists donate our bowls for free, but business cards will be welcome to promote your work if people want to extend their one bowl to a set, so as well as helping a good cause, you get some additional publicity for your work 🙂
The bowls can be dropped off at Tarnapol
Spillmans Pitch, The Prince Albert,
